Student Resource Scheme (SRS)
Balmoral State High School offers a comprehensive Student Resource Scheme (SRS) to ensure every student has access to the essential resources they need for successful learning. The SRS is an optional, high-value program that provides families with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to purchasing textbooks, online subscriptions, stationery, and learning materials independently.
By participating in the SRS, families benefit from:
Significant cost savings compared to sourcing items individually
Guaranteed access to required resources from the first day of school
Quality learning materials selected by teachers to support curriculum delivery
Reduced stress through simplified back-to-school preparation
The scheme is coordinated by the school under the guidelines of the Queensland Department of Education. Participation is voluntary, and families are welcome to opt out; however, those who do are responsible for supplying all required resources for their student.
We encourage families to take advantage of the value and convenience the SRS provides to support a smooth and successful learning experience for every student.
For full details, including fees and inclusions, please refer to the SRS information provided by the school or contact our administration team.
