Student Resource Scheme (SRS)

Balmoral State High School offers a comprehensive Student Resource Scheme (SRS) to ensure every student has access to the essential resources they need for successful learning. The SRS is an optional, high-value program that provides families with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to purchasing textbooks, online subscriptions, stationery, and learning materials independently.

By participating in the SRS, families benefit from:

  • Significant cost savings compared to sourcing items individually

  • Guaranteed access to required resources from the first day of school

  • Quality learning materials selected by teachers to support curriculum delivery

  • Reduced stress through simplified back-to-school preparation

The scheme is coordinated by the school under the guidelines of the Queensland Department of Education. Participation is voluntary, and families are welcome to opt out; however, those who do are responsible for supplying all required resources for their student.

We encourage families to take advantage of the value and convenience the SRS provides to support a smooth and successful learning experience for every student.

For full details, including fees and inclusions, please refer to the SRS information provided by the school or contact our administration team.
